High Altitude Consideration: The Adi Kailash Yatra takes place in a high-altitude region, so ensure you are physically fit to travel in such areas.
Medical Check-Up: A proper medical check-up is required before applying for the yatra.
Emergency Evacuation: In case of a natural calamity or emergency, evacuation by helicopter service will be at the yatri’s expense, subject to availability and district administration’s approval.
Eligibility: The yatra is open to physically fit individuals.
ID Requirement: A valid government-issued ID is required (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter Card, or Driving License).
Physical Fitness Certificate: A fitness certificate from an MBBS doctor, issued within 15 days before the yatra’s commencement, is mandatory.
Eligibility Restrictions: Individuals of foreign origin, foreign citizenship, or those barred by the Government of India or Uttarakhand Government are not eligible for the yatra.
