Responsibility for Belongings:
Ensure the safety of your belongings before leaving the car or hotels. Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for any loss.
Proof of Identification:
As per the Government of India directives, all Indian/Foreign Nationals must provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include Passport & Visa together, Voter ID card, or current Driver’s License, all with a photograph.
Accommodation may be denied if valid ID proof is not provided. Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for any issues related to ID proof.
Accommodation for Extra Adults:
For extra adults, many hotels provide extra mattresses instead of extra beds. Please inform us in advance if you prefer an extra bed.
Medical Fitness:
It is presumed that travelers are medically fit to undertake the tour. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or serious health issues.
Hotel Amenities:
Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts. Inform us in advance if stairs are a concern.
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs. Early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in the cost. Contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout.
Meals:
If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis. Items not included in the standard Buffet/Fixed menu will be charged extra. Some hotels may offer meal credit instead of a Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy. Room service or food packing is charged extra.
Vehicle Breakdown:
In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major issues. Minor problems will be repaired promptly. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Delays & Alterations:
Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
Air Conditioning:
AC will not function in hill areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
Driver Instructions:
Drivers will not drive in No-entry zones or on narrow streets that can create traffic jams. The normal working hours of a driver are 12 hours. Inform us in advance if services are required for more than 12 hours a day.
In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Pickup and Drop Points:
The pickup and drop point will be one location only. Mention any additional pickups and drops in the email conversation before booking.
Multiple Visits:
Inform us in advance if you want multiple visits to a particular place as some places have high parking charges.
Tour Destination/Route Changes:
Tour destinations/routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended routes and tour destination rates may change.
Rate Changes:
Rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will increase the rate even if previously confirmed.
Tourist Destinations/Hill Stations Restrictions:
At many tourist destinations/hill stations, certain roads, shopping markets, and mall roads have “NO ENTRY” restrictions for larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. Guests must arrange alternate transport at additional cost, which is not included in the package.
Vehicle parking may be a distance from sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
Sightseeing Points:
Vehicles are permitted for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional, off-route, or substitute sightseeing, contact Nagarjuna Travels. No refund is possible for unvisited sightseeing points. Nearby sightseeing points should be covered together.
Refunds and Cancellations:
No refund for short stays or unused facilities.
No cancellation or refund will be made for situations beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, fires, government actions, political unrest, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, terrorism, strikes, or operational issues at airlines, rail, buses, hotels, or transporters.
Nagarjuna Travels is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft during the tour.
Management reserves the right to cancel any service without refund until full advance payment is received. Services can be changed at any time without notice.
